This past year I have experience a deep healing power of rose meditation by hanging out with the roses that grow around my house.
Everyday, I have received so much joy out of communing with my roses by taking pictures of them under all kinds of sun and moonlight, pruning them, cutting them and arranging bouquets to give to friends, smelling them, and touching them.
At one point, I made a rose petal infusion and am hoping rose hips will develop this fall, so that I can eat them!
After a few years being with these roses, this past season I started to realize that I was in a healing process nurtured by the rose. A process so subtle and accumulative, that by the time I was able to acknowledge it, I was completely consumed and in bliss.
The power of the rose was such that I felt a cosmic love and felt more loving, simply by being with and looking deeply into the petals, their beauty unparalleled.
Did you know that roses have the highest vibrational frequency (320MHz) of all flowers making them the closest tangible thing to LOVE?
The high vibe energy of the rose actually raises your vibrational frequency.
Roses are the symbols of divine love, intervention, and transformation.
Energetically roses are closely associated with the heart. Through its physical beauty, aroma and medicinal properties, the rose is healing to the heart.
Use of rose oil has been shown to calm the nervous system which can have positive effects to breathing and blood pressure.
Rose water is precious beauty water for skin.
The cosmic power of the rose has inspired me to share my insight through virtual and in-person meditations that I offer called Power Of The Rose.
